We think this home is great for families with kids – there are bunk beds in one of the bedrooms, the top-floor living area has games consoles for entertaining, furry friends are welcome, and your host can provide a high chair if you have little ones. Outside you'll find a cosy terrace with space for everyone to dine alfresco. While parking is free, the two designated spaces are a few minutes walk away. A car isn't necessary here, though – Tenby Castle and Castle Beach are a short walk away, ideal for beach days out, and for further exploration, Tenby train station is also nearby.

D. Fecci and Sons is a warm and friendly restaurant that serves excellent fish and chips. The staff are amazing and funny, and they even gave us free bags of Haribo sweets as we left. It's a great place to grab a meal takeaway.
