This Georgian-style mews home is just a five-minute walk from Princes Street – oh, the shopping opportunities. Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile are both a nine-minute stroll, while the Water of Leith, Calton Hill and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre are under a fifteen-minute saunter. The accommodation is on the first floor so you'll need to climb eighteen steps (yes, we've counted them). Once inside, there’s plenty of character with the beams and sloping ceilings (just beware if you’re very tall).

There’s a lot more than beautiful architecture on offer here though. Located in the centre of the city, it’s a short walk from Waverley Station, and well serviced by public transport. Princes Street, George Street, St Andrew’s Square, and the West End...
