Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This Tel Aviv apartment is a welcoming base just a two-minute stroll from the sea. As far as locations go, you can’t beat it – it’s right in the heart of the Kerem HaTeimanim neighbourhood with it’s vibrant culture and authentic feel. Plus, the beach is just a two-minute stroll away. When you’re not out exploring, we think the sunny balcony will become your favourite spot to relax – it’s accessible from both the living area and the main bedroom. The bedrooms are a little snug and with only one bathroom to share, mornings may require a little coordination. But all in all, it’s a modern hideaway with everything you’ll need for a comfy stay.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
