You'll find this sleek apartment set in the history-rich district of Kerem HaTeimanim, just one block from the beach. Known for its cultural gems and shopping along Geula Street, you’ll love the authentic feel of this neighbourhood. An equally great option for a short sightseeing trip or a longer work stay, there’s plenty of living space to spill out into and a made-for-action kitchen should you fancy rustling up your own Yemenite dishes. And the cherry on top? That generous private terrace delivering Mediterranean Sea views – it’s a fine place to toast the day’s end.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
