This 19th-century cottage in the heart of Dittisham is ideal for a small family wanting a tranquil valley view. Overlooking Mill Creek, it's peaceful with plenty of homely charm. Though it has been modernised, some of the original features remain. If you are looking for something sleek, this home might not be for you, but it is well-kept, bright and plenty comfortable. Here, you can hire a boat to explore the valley at your own pace, and there's also ample opportunity for paddle boarding or kayaking. Dartmouth is a short drive away, and so are Kingswear and Totnes.
