Built in the 19th century, this cottage was once a clog maker's workshop. Furnished with carefully selected pieces from local brocantes, the decor adds to the original character. We love the beams and original fireplaces. As this home’s second bedroom has two bunk beds, we’d say this place will best suit families. Outside, the south-facing garden is perfect for alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the sunshine. Situated on the edge of a sleepy village, you’ll be well-placed for long walks. Or visit Tourouvre, with its restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, less than 5 kilometres away.
