If you’re looking for a fuss-free bolthole within walking distance of Dubai Marina and just a short drive from Internet City and Media City, this smart apartment should do the trick. Set in a collection of five high-rise residential towers, while it’s not the most characterful of homes, the shared amenities are top-notch. Think communal outdoor swimming pool, fitness club with a gym, and Marina Mall and Marina Beach are within easy walking distance when you fancy a change of scene. At full occupancy, the last two guests will have to make do with a sofa bed in the lounge. Not ideal for some, but it could work out fine for a small family sharing.
