While this smart studio apartment in Business Bay may be pocket-sized, there's more to this place than meets the eye. Set within an ultra-slick skyscraper, expect top-notch shared facilities, including outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gym, and a rooftop terrace with communal barbecues. It's worth noting there's no dining area in the apartment other than a bistro table on the small balcony. But with Dubai Creek's vibrant restaurant and cafe scene just a stroll away, we don't think you'll mind.

You'll share an entrance and lift access at this apartment. You'll also have access to the communal swimming pool, gym, and barbecue area, which are shared with other residents.
While the small private balcony is a bonus, the views overlooking the nearby roads aren't overly inspiring.
Other than the balcony's bistro table, there's no other dining area here. For this reason, we think the kitchen is better suited to prepping breakfast and lighter bites.
Given the central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. Construction work may also be ongoing in the area. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
