Just a few steps from Princes Street, the location of this Edinburgh apartment is spot-on. You'll be walking distance from a bevvy of restaurants and not far from landmarks like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Its central location makes noise likely, especially since floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the street. That aside, it's a cosy place to come home to after sightseeing. The leather sofa is a great spot to curl up with a scotch, while the desk and high-speed wi-fi are ideal if you're in town on business. Keep in mind that the first floor is only accessible by stairs and free parking isn't provided – not dealbreakers though if you're keen to be in the heart of the city.
