"Thinking of a dream holiday where comfort and tranquillity are part of everyday life? This modern accommodation refurbished in 2023 is ideal for you! Situated in one of the best areas of Playa del Inglés, just a few steps from the Yumbo Shopping Centre, restaurants, and the beach. It is located in a very quiet holiday complex, has quality materials and finishes and an unbeatable distribution. It has a terrace with views, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a communal swimming pool. The house, refurbished in 2023, with a modern style, is distributed as follows: Entering the house, we find the living room-kitchen. On one side there is a bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. On the other side of the accommodation, we find the living room and the terrace, which has an outdoor chair and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and kitchen utensils. There is free high-speed wifi in all rooms and air conditioning in the lounge."
