This smart townhouse within an exclusive villa complex should do nicely for a fuss-free stay in Dubai. Granted, the pared-back interiors of this cookie-cutter home won’t be for everyone, but it’s a practical space, and the terrace is a bonus for morning coffees. Location-wise, there’s a shared swimming pool, landscaped parklands, and a playground within walking distance. Or take things up a notch at the nearby exclusive polo and equestrian club to mingle with the local glitterati. For anything else, you’ll need to hop on the nearby highway bound for nearby Dubai Marina and the city’s other hotspots.
