This villa might not be the most characterful home in our Dubai collection, but you can't help but be impressed with the complex's shared facilities. There are landscaped parklands, playgrounds, a swimming pool for any downtime, and a polo and equestrian club to see and be seen. Alongside the three light-filled double bedrooms, there's a staff single bedroom – handy for an additional guest, although it might not be as polished as the other bedrooms. The private terrace and balconies are a nice touch, too, if a little overlooked. When it's time to blaze a trail downtown, you're well-connected to the highways to reach Dubai Marina and all the other city hotspots.

This villa sleeps six guests in three double bedrooms. There’s also a staff single bedroom and shower room, which could be handy for an additional guest if you’re not planning to bring along hired help.
While the home’s terraces and balconies are a bonus, there’s not much of a view and feel overlooked in some areas.
