It's housed in a residential building, so you'll also have use of the 5-star shared facilities here, including an outdoor pool and a fully-equipped gym – ideal for longer stays. The interiors are kept fairly simple, but the private balcony is a real highlight, and the en-suite bathrooms will help to speed mornings along. Just keep in mind that one person will be sleeping on a sofa bed at full occupancy. Outside, it's a short stroll from the Dubai Marina's restaurants and shopping mall, while JBR Beach is easily reachable for a change of scenery.
