Step inside this cottage and you’ll find a cosy and welcoming space well-suited to families and small groups. The open-plan sitting room is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring, and you’ll find all the basic essentials needed to get you started. It is possible for the ground floor bedroom to be arranged with twin beds or a super-king-size bed, plus there is an extra living room on the first floor. Three is also a sweet little garden and private parking is included in your stay. From here, it’s just a short walk into the heart of Funtington, while Chichester and Goodwood are just a short drive away.

Please note this cottage is located next to the owner’s home and the driveway is shared. There is also free private parking for two cars.
There are two floors here and the first floor has low ceilings in parts.
Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are provided along with a starter supply of toiletries.
The ground floor bedroom can be arranged with two single beds or a super-king-size bed on request.
Please note there is a Smart TV here and you will need to use your own login details to access on-demand apps.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Guests are also asked to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
