Welcome to our quiet, cosy terraced home in York. Our beautiful 2 bedroom house is the perfect way to explore the city and escape all the crowds after a busy day exploring. This beautiful property has been stylishly finished with comfort in mind and comes with free on street parking and lots of open space inside. Located a short 10 minute walk from the city centre, this home provides the perfect base for groups and families of up to 4 people to enjoy this magnificent city. This beautiful home away from home has been decorated to a very high standard with modern but cosy fixtures and fittings throughout. The house opens into the living room which has been recently redecorated with a gorgeous, comfortable sofa and new TV. There is plenty of space to relax after a long day exploring this wonderful city. Moving through the house brings guests into the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has been stocked to provide everything guests need for a comfortable stay and the dining room can seat 4 people. Beyond, guests will find the sink, along with washing machine and fridge freezer. At the end of the hallway you will find a new, beautifully fitted bathroom with shower. Upstairs guests will find two spacious and beautifully decorated double bedrooms, each with lots of space and storage. There is a lovely back yard for guests to use, complete with seating area for outdoor dining.
