This slick one bedroom apartment offers a dream combination of cool, dependable comfort and a perfect coastal location. Seconds from Fort Lauderdale Beach, the home is a pleasing departure from a cramped conventional studio, with a private king size bedroom as well as a separate kitted out kitchen. The living room and dining area is pleasant and efficient, while the patio downstairs from the entrance is charming and inviting (not to mention the communal grill just waiting to be fired up). You really will be less than five minutes from the sandy beach, while the Intracoastal Waterway is just as close at the other end of the street.
