This snug apartment offers a strong combination of dependable comfort and coastal location. Seconds from Fort Lauderdale Beach, the home avoids the pitfalls of some conventional studios, with a private king size bedroom as well as a separate kitted out kitchen. The living room and dining area is pleasant and efficient, while the communal patio downstairs from the entrance is charming and inviting (not to mention the grill just waiting to be fired up). You really will be less than five minutes from the sandy beach, while the Intracoastal Waterway is just as close at the other end of the street.
