In Milan's Città Studi district, this stylish ground-floor loft is ideal for a solo traveller or a couple. The bed is up on a mezzanine level so you'll need to climb stairs, and there is the potential for some outside noise, but some simple workout equipment is provided and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up whatever you like. The only parking available here is paid, but the location more than makes up for this. You'll find an array of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, and there are excellent public transport links nearby for traversing the city.
