Downtown Dubai's myriad of landmarks and Business Bay's high-rise offices are only a short drive away – and on-site parking means you can travel at your own pace. You'll also have access to the building's shared pool and communal gym, ideal for energising workouts and refreshing swims. The apartment's design is contemporary, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and bright living area. There are two private balconies to relax on, too – the views may not be spectacular, but they're a nice bonus nonetheless.

This apartment is set within a residential building. You'll have access to a communal gym, swimming pool, and children's play area, which are shared with other residents.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot on request.
The views from the balcony aren't the best, and it's a little overlooked by neighbouring buildings. That said, it's still a nice spot to relax.
We suggest hiring a car here. There's covered parking available in the building.
