The property was built in the 1870s and has recently undergone an extensive programme of renovations. This warm and welcoming home sits on the shore of Lake Annecy, one of Europe's cleanest and most beautiful lakes, meaning you have access to a range of water sports, lake swimming and idyllic lakeside villages and towns such as Annecy. Spread over three floors and sleeping up to 16 guests, this is a wonderful place to stay with your extended family or with a few other families on a special trip to the South of France. The villa offers spacious living and dining rooms, 7 well-appointed bedrooms and plenty of outdoor space for everyone in your party. This historic house is decorated and furnished with the highest quality furnishings and materials throughout, from the solid wood floorings with underfloor heating to the designer wallpapers.
