We'll start with the location of this studio-style home. It's a short walk from Rua de Santa Catarina, with its many boutiques, so it's sure to appeal to shoppers. Plenty of restaurants are nearby, too, which is convenient as this home's compact kitchen has no oven. It does have a microwave, though, so it's okay for cooking light meals. Thanks to two large windows, the apartment is light and bright. We should mention that these open onto the street, so be prepared to say hello to passers-by.
