It’s located just steps away from the historic centre with all its winding streets, squares, and monasteries. Inside, there are a few features that caught our eye, including a grand rolltop bath in the main bedroom and the beautiful blend of old and new (particularly the sleek marble floors and traditional wooden beams). There’s a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep one more guest, which may make the space feel a tad snug when used. But then you’ve always got the bright outdoor terrace to spill out onto, which is just as lovely.
