This French-Palais-style home sits in the heart of St John’s Wood. It’s opposite Primrose Hill Park and is just steps away from Regent’s Park, and boasts a garden terrace, too – you won’t struggle to find outside space here. The decor is minimalist in design, but gold flourishes elevate the space and compliment the Louis XV chairs and chandelier lighting. The double-height ceilings make the space bright and welcoming. Chalk Farm tube station is just a twelve-minute walk.

Its relaxed village feel makes it hard to believe that you are in fact just a thirty minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the West End....
