From the outside, you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd been transported to Italy at this Hollywood Hills villa. The enclosed courtyard is the perfect spot for a quiet moment, while the open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the garden is there for mingling as a group. With all this communal space, including an outdoor kitchen, we think the home is great for both families and a group of friends. On those hot LA days, guests can cool off in the pool, while the workout area, sauna, and pool table provide plenty of distractions after a day exploring the nearby Sunset Strip and West Hollywood.
