Tailor-made for a large group escape, every corner of this home is beautifully curated. The on-site cinema room, gym, games room, showstopping pool and alfresco dining pavilion will keep you entertained from day to night. But for a change of scene, the country club's shared 18-hole golf course, fitness facilities and on-site restaurant are just a golf-buggy ride away. You'll need a car for anything else – but that's nothing new in California, where the car is king.

This home has a gated private entrance and ample garage and driveway parking for at least eight cars. With no local amenities within driving distance, you’ll need a car to get out and about. Golf buggies are also provided to get around the shared country club estate.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
This home sits within one and a half acres of private land. The wider estate is shared, and guests are welcome to use the communal gym, golf course, tennis courts and on-site restaurants.
