Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

If a central location is high on your list of priorities, then this apartment is a great option. It's situated in the heart of Rome's historic centre, with Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, and Villa Borghese just a short walk away. Plus, you'll find plenty of bus stops nearby, so hopping around the city is easy. The home is compact, and the bedroom lacks natural sunlight but the kitchen is well equipped for preparing light bites (if only a little small). Plus, you’re in Italy, so eating out will most definitely be on the cards. All in all, we think the apartment is a good fit for those in search of a central base to call home in between sightseeing ventures.

Home truths

The bedroom is very small and there aren't any windows as its lofted above the living space. It also has a low ceiling which might not be suitable for taller guests.

There's a single sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Note that the maximum occupancy is two guests at all times.

This home is short on wardrobe space, so we'd recommend packing light.

While we like the overall design, the home is lacking in natural sunlight.

You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.

The dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.

Toiletries aren't provided, so you'll need to bring your own.

Your host provides a free cot upon request.

About Spagna

Spagna is, perhaps unsurprisingly, focussed around the eponymous Piazza di Spagna. Along with the Trevi fountain, it’s one of the most visited sights in the entire city. Things weren’t always so auspicious – in the 16th century, the area was Rome’s red light district, but today it’s better known for the vine-covered romance of Via Margutta, home to Gregory Peck's impoverished journalist in Roman Holiday. This is not the place...
