With a private swimming pool, a sofa-filled orangery and vast lawns, this country abode makes the most of the sunshine. There’s room for the group to dine amid manicured gardens and a secret treehouse for little ones with vivid imaginations. The group can spread out between plush living rooms inside and wood-burning stoves keep the evening chill at bay. A fully-equipped games room provides the fun while a private gym lets you keep on top of your routine. Bedrooms are split between the main house and a separate self-contained annexe with its own full kitchen, living and dining room. Location-wise, it’s out in the Chilterns, surrounded by walking routes and the buzzing town of Henley-on-Thames is a short drive away.

Home truths
This home consists of a main house and an annexe with a separate kitchen, living and dining room.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised.
The pool is heated and only available between April and September between 8am and 9pm. Please note that you'll need to bring your own pool towels.
A gardener and pool maintenance staff will be onsite every Monday and Wednesday during your stay.
Your host can provide fire gates for younger children.
Groups of under 30s are not permitted to stay here.
Security cameras are in operation outside the property.
Having a car is recommended and there is plenty of private parking within the grounds.
