There’s no direct access by car to this home – it’s on a quiet pedestrianised street a minute’s walk from the main road.
This home doesn’t have A/C – fans are placed in each room from June-September. If you’d like fans outside of the summer period, just ask.
This home is spread over four floors with no internal lift. There are several steps up to the front door. The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor.
Access to the roof terrace and balcony is via a steep staircase - care should be taken.
