There’s no direct access by car to this home – it’s on a quiet pedestrianised street a minute’s walk from the main road.
There isn't air conditioning here. Between May and September, a fan will be provided in all bedrooms.
This home is spread over four floors with no internal lift. There are several steps up to the front door. The second bedroom is on the lower ground floor.
Access to the roof terrace and balcony is via a steep staircase.
The fireplaces are ornamental.
