A winner for families, this home sits amid Sarrià-Sant Gervasi's green parks, shops, and cafe-dotted streets. While it's a quieter spot in the city, the locals love the small-town vibe. Our favourite thing about this apartment is its large terrace, ideal for fresh-air hangouts and alfresco dining. Above the stylish living room, kids can claim the mezzanine bedroom – a cosy nook with low ceilings. You'll have a desk here for remote business, too. Yet the nearby Sarrià station makes work commutes and sightseeing easy.

Due to regulations in Barcelona, you’ll need to complete a verification process and sign a rental contract before check-in. You’ll also need to pay a fixed €3,600 security deposit to your host, which will be refunded after check-out.
The third bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited. The ceiling is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.

About Sarrià-Sant Gervasi
Sarrià was the last of the neighbouring villages annexed by Barcelona in the 1920s, allowing it to retain a lot of its individual flavour. For centuries, affluent families have been choosing the peaceful Sarrià as their base due to its proximity to the green wonders of surrounding parks. While it’s not central, Sarrià has a good number of attractions in its vicinity, including the stunning Tibidabo mountain, as well as weekend markets and local events.
