Boasting sea views out towards Shaldon and across the Teign estuary, this apartment is an ideal base for a coastal retreat. Situated next to the West Coast railway, you’ll hear some train noise throughout the day – that said, the balcony’s a great spot for watching the steam trains that pass through during spring and summer. There’s an on-site fitness room for those keen to keep up with their exercise routine, but for us, this home’s all about the location. With Back beach less than five minutes away on foot and Teignmouth's vibrant bars and eateries within easy reach, you’re well-placed to enjoy all that this stretch of Devon has to offer.

This home is next to the West Coast railway, so expect to hear some noise from passing trains during the daytime. The trains do not run overnight.
