Located in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, this studio apartment enjoys access to a shared rooftop pool and a private balcony. It was purpose-built for rentals and the views aren't the most inspiring, but there's space to enjoy an alfresco drink or light meal in the fresh air. The communal facilities here are what makes this home shine – as well as the pool, you'll have access to a BBQ area, rooftop cinema, play area for kids, and a gym. We recommend hiring a car here to make the most of this great location, with hotspots like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall an easy drive away.
