Overlooking the Water of Leith and the Bank Gardens, this home places central Edinburgh on your doorstep – for a group of city explorers, it's the perfect base. The apartment's minimalist decor and huge windows showing off the view are certainly easy on the eye. There's plenty of space here too, making it ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Not that getting about will be strenuous – Edinburgh Castle and the galleries, museums, and more of New Town and Old Town are all within walking distance.
