Up at rooftop level, this beautifully designed duplex apartment has a view over the classic buildings of its Grands Boulevards locale. It’s in the 10th Arrondissement, within walking distance of the Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, and is surrounded by bistros, bars and boutiques. On the fifth floor, there are a few stairs to climb, but it’s worth it for the view from the private balcony. Split over two levels, you’ll find an artistic living room, a dedicated office and yoga room and a full kitchen for cooking. Plus, the building has a shared, plant-filled courtyard for an evening tipple.

This apartment is on the fifth floor of a building without a lift. You'll need to be comfortable climbing a lot of stairs to the entrance.
There is a very narrow, steep staircase to the upper level of this duplex, so children should be supervised on the stairs.
This accommodation does now allow groups of young people under 21 years old.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 10 days during your stay.
There is no private parking with this home, but it's in the centre of Paris. Having a car is not necessary.
