Nestled on sprawling grounds and just a five-minute walk from a beach on the River Erme, this home will go down a treat with families seeking a rural escape. During the day, you can play games on the shared tennis court and croquet lawn or enjoy the view from the private terrace. In the evening, the cosy living room is the place to be thanks to its fireplace. The apartment is part of a larger building with other guests, but with seven miles of trails on the grounds, you'll easily find space for yourself. You're also just a short drive from several picturesque villages and beaches when you want to explore.

This apartment is in the wing of a house. You might bump into other guests on the grounds during your stay.
This home is located on the first floor. You have a private entrance accessed via the terrace.
There is a sink by the bed in the main bedroom.
Each bed has Egyptian cotton bed linen which will be changed weekly and housekeeping is provided twice a week.
You have access to the shared tennis court, croquet lawn, grounds, and beach here.
We recommend bringing a car. There’s free private off-road parking. You'll also find one 7w Type 2 EV charging point, although you'll need your own cable.
You might find that the phone signal is sometimes patchy.
