This Grade II-listed former pub, located in the quaint village of Haddenham, is the perfect place for a family gathering or friendly get-together. There is a wood-burning stove to keep things cosy during the cooler months, but if you’re visiting when the weather’s fair, make a beeline for the garden, which spans a third of an acre. While the kitchen has ample space for cooking up a storm, your host can arrange for a private chef to prepare your meals. You’ll need a car if you want to explore – Aylesbury is the nearest town, a twenty-five-minute drive away.
