Love spending lazy days on the coast? This villa’s for you. Just 50 metres from Santa Maria del Focallo beach, you'll be splashing in the sea and lounging in the sand in no time. And with a private pool, sun-soaked terraces and a covered alfresco dining space back home, it’s easy to relax and make the most of the Mediterranean climate. One guest will sleep on the sofa bed but otherwise, we think it works well for a family. When you're ready to venture out, Pozzallo is a short drive away where you’ll find shops, landmarks, and eateries offering authentic Sicilian cuisine.

While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. The WC and laundry room have external access.
At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.

While the swimming pool is usually open to guests from 1st April to 31st October, it can be opened outside of this period for an additional fee of €200.
If you'll be arriving after 8pm, you'll be charged a late arrival fee of €50.
