This architect-designed home is perfectly positioned in leafy Highgate. The area's famous cemetery, Hampstead Heath, and a bevvy of local shops are all nearby, but when central London comes calling, hop on the Tube at Archway to zip around town with ease. You'll most likely spend your summer days in the private garden, while chilly afternoons are ideal for snuggling up with a book in one of the two lounges.
