While it may not be the most characterful home in our collection, we love the arched windows here and there’s plenty of living space for everyone to enjoy. You’ve even got a narrow balcony, accessed via the lounge area and bedrooms, for people-watching on the street below while you enjoy a morning coffee. At full occupancy, four guests will be sharing the main bedroom, sleeping in two double beds – we think this room is best suited to a family.

This home is on a mobility lease and is only available to those studying or travelling for work – you’ll need to provide proof from your university or employer.
At full capacity, four guests will be sharing one bedroom, sleeping in two double beds.
Two of the double beds here are pushed against a wall, so can only be accessed from one side.
The dining table seats six so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the villa is at full occupancy.
Guests can use the phone in the home which allows free calls to landlines worldwide.
Parking in Paris can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible. Richelieu – Drouot Metro station is a two-minute walk away.
