With a private pool, sunny garden, and access to Roccamare's long sandy beach, this villa has outdoor living written all over it. Even with its traditional appearance inside, it feels like a true getaway, especially since it's surrounded by a pine forest. The many terraces are perfect for catching rays (or enjoying a sundowner or two), and though the pool is only open from April to October, it's ideal for spending lazy days at home. When you fancy an adventure, you're just steps from the beach – plus, Castiglione Della Pescaia is about a 5-kilometre drive away.

Home truths
There are two additional en-suite bedrooms here for staff. While this home could sleep up to 18 guests with them in use, the maximum occupancy can't exceed 14.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request.
The swimming pool is only available to use between 29th April and 30th October. It's not fenced, so little ones will need to be supervised.
Although the beach is within walking distance, we suggest hiring a car for adventures further afield. There's parking for two cars in the garage.
Some of the design inside is a little dated, particularly the bathrooms.
