With views of Piazza Venezia from the living room, city centre locations don’t get much better than this. Many of Rome’s must-see sights, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona, are within walking distance and you’ve got restaurants aplenty on the doorstep. Situated in a historic building, the contemporary home boasts large windows – perfect for watching the world go by in the square below – and a modern design. At full occupancy guests three and four will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, but they’ll have their own separate bathroom so this needn’t be a deal-breaker.
