A ten-minute drive from Bosham's waterfront, this charming cottage is perfect for a family escape. The large garden boasts a hot tub that costs to use, but it's well worth it for a soak under the stars. You'll also find a slack line and climbing frame for kids, plus an outdoor bar with a pool table to please grown-ups. Inside, expect traditional character in spades – we're talking wooden beams, stone floors, and an original brick hearth. A bonus is the pull-down projector, which is ideal for movie nights. With sofa beds in some bedrooms and a bunk bed, this home is best for ten adults and four children.

Three bedrooms have sofa beds. Two are small fold-out singles, suitable only for small children.
