Inside, the scenery takes centre stage, too, with floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly framing the coast. The beach is just a short walk away, and Chichester is within easy driving distance – if you can tear yourself away from the view, that is.

Parking is provided for two cars, with additional on-street parking available nearby for free.
There is no direct access to the beach from the house, but you can access it safely from the slipway, a two-minute walk away.
There's wire fencing around the seawall for safety, but children should always be supervised to prevent climbing.
The house is so close to the sea that on rare occasions when strong winds are forecast, see-through mesh screens are fitted on some windows to prevent damage.
