This home on the cusp of South Kensington ticks all our boxes. Although it's a basement-level apartment, the living area offers plenty of natural light. We love the contemporary design, while families will appreciate the open-plan layout – and the luxe details like a wine fridge and soaker bath are hard to resist. The cherry on top is the private patio, which is ideal for morning coffees and evening tipples in the fresh air. The location is great, too. You'll be close to Hyde Park, chic Chelsea, and the shops, eateries and namesake Tube station in Earl's Court. Please note all stays of 8 nights or more include complimentary weekly cleaning, linen changes and replenishment of toiletries.

Renovations are taking place in the building next door. Noise can be heard between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
This is a basement flat. There are stairs down to the entrance, with no elevator.
There's no A/C here. Between June and September, your host will place fans in each bedroom. Please let them know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
The owner's housekeeper will visit for about an hour on Thursdays.
