Built in local stone, this renovated home is packed with character features, such as chestnut wood beams and handcrafted terracotta floors, which blend with modern luxuries. There are two living rooms here and there’s an exercise room which is on the lower floor. Outside, there's a dining area, a pergola with an alfresco lounge and an infinity pool with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. Location-wise, this home is a short drive from the thermal springs of Terme di Saturnia. The beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast, such as Giannella Beach, are also reachable in around half an hour by car.

Home truths
The accommodation here is over several floors. There's an external staircase (seventeen steps) leading up to the first floor, as well as an internal staircase (sixteen steps).
From the parking area, the house is reached by going down eleven steps.
There's total floor air conditioning from a geothermal system here.
The swimming pool is only available for use between the end of April and the beginning of October.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
There are two baths with a hand-held shower here.
Please note that the photos were taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming and the colours of the garden's grass could be different when you arrive at the villa.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
50 metres past the automatic gates is a covered parking area for three cars as well as an open parking space.
