Just moments from museums, Hyde and Holland parks, and London's world-class shopping scene, this apartment lies in stately Kensington. Children under 12 aren't permitted, but we think it's ideal for friends, professionals, or even families with older kids. The two living rooms ensure there's more than enough space for everyone, while the kitchen lends itself well to cooking up a storm. Just note that the wi-fi can be a bit temperamental. When you're up for something a little different though, there are plenty of nearby restaurants for grabbing a bite, and pubs for grabbing a pint. For sightseeing or commuting, you'll find multiple stations an easy walk away so you can hop on the Underground in a pinch.

About Kensington
Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
