You’ll find this magnificent home with original parquet flooring and soaring ceilings in the heart of South Kensington. Inside, it’s an art lover’s dream, with classic works filling every wall and a selection of clay pottery in the living space. We loved the antique furnishing, particularly the easel and dark wood bureau. While the kitchen is small, you’ve all the essentials for knocking up light bites to keep you ticking over until your dinner reservations in the city. Outside, there’s a large patio for morning cups of coffee and pastries, picked up from the bakery down the road. Your locale is renowned for its excellent museums and galleries – you’re only a ten-minute walk from the Natural History, Science, and Victoria and Albert collections. If you’re partial to the finer things, the luxury Harrods department store and exclusive restaurants of Knightsbridge are a twenty-minute stroll away.
