The heating in the apartment is controlled by the building management for the entire building. You won't be able to adjust the temperature to your liking, however your host can provide a fan should you get too warm.
Parking in Paris can be tricky so we recommend sticking to the easily accessible public transport system. Félix Faure and Boucicaut metro stations are both a short walk away.
