Located on the edge of the River Coln, this Grade II listed home is the ideal setting for a restorative rural escape. From the private garden with a barbecue to the sociable living space, every detail has been considered to ensure optimum comfort and relaxation. There is also a wood-burning fire in the living room – setting the tone for cosy gatherings. Outside, you can stroll to the nearest pub and there are walking trails straight from the door. It’s also just a short drive to beautiful spots like Bibury, Burford and Cirencester.

Please note this home is spread across two floors with two of the bedrooms located on the ground floor. It’s also worth noting the bedrooms in the eaves have sloping ceilings.
There is a wooden cot in the third bedroom. Your host can also arrange two travel cots and a highchair on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot).
There Smart TV with various apps can be used with your own login details.
Your host provides a starter supply of wood for the fire from October to April.
The charcoal barbecue is available for use from April to September – you will need to provide your own charcoal.
