A private balcony with panoramic views sounds like a dream come true, doesn't it? Well, that's the reality at this eighth-floor apartment in Batignolles. It's not the most extensive balcony, but we can't think of a better spot to share a bottle of French wine with your loved one and admire the Parisian rooftops. That said, the best vantage point is the bedroom, which offers a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Location-wise, you're moments away from restaurants, a two-minute walk from the metro, and a fifteen-minute stroll from Parc Monceau. All the famous landmarks are within easy reach, making this an ideal base for sightseeing.
