Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Located in a stunning 20th-century building, this apartment is a fantastic fit for families. Two single bedrooms are ideal for children, while the bright living area offers room for the whole crew to hang out together. That said, the real gem here is the balcony. Though it's not quite big enough for four, it's still a relaxing spot to enjoy the sunshine and the views of the communal garden below. Fancy a day out? You're just a ten-minute walk from the metro, which can whisk you across the city in no time. If you'd prefer a slower pace, visit the park on nearby Île Saint-Germain before strolling along the Seine.

Home truths

There's a desk in one of the single bedrooms if you plan to work from home.

As is common in France, the WC is separate from the main bathrooms.

The balcony overlooks the building's communal garden, so it's not the most private.

A member of your host's team will greet you upon arrival.

Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in this location – the nearest metro station is ten minutes away on foot.
